We ship within the United States. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. You'll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

International Shipping
We currently ship within the United States only. We're working on expanding — check back soon.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your talk2 me notebook. If your notebook arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and we'll send a replacement at no cost.
Due to the personal nature of notebooks, we're unable to accept returns of used items. Unused notebooks in original condition can be returned within 30 days for a full refund.
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please send a photo of the damaged item and packaging within 14 days and we'll make it right — replacement or refund, your choice.
